Recently I went on a really fascinating guided walk around my home town of Croydon via 7 of it's most beautiful "hills." Okay, Croydon doesn't have that many hills, but it does have an abundance of car parks which provided the vantage points of this local tour. Run with huge enthusiasm by architect and Croydon Council town planner, Vincent Lacovara, the walk covered Croydon's ambitious post-war regeneration, all the way through to it's slightly unsure identity today.
